James is passionate about helping clients solve challenges with the right data, technology, and analytics.
Based in Chicago, he has 30 years’ experience in consulting and advanced analytics for the CPG, retail, QSR and insurance industries.
Prior to Gain Theory, James built and lead Nielsen’s Retail Consulting & Analytics practice, and has also worked for BASES, McKinsey and Milliman.
He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from DePaul University. James is also the co-author of a US patent for an analytical process.
